Hide Party™ is an online multiplayer paint-and-hide game operated by Wave Games LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you download, access, or use CAMO PARTY™.

• Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, language, country or region, app version, IP address, device identifiers, network information, and device performance.
• Usage and analytics information, such as session duration, screens viewed, feature usage, retention events, interactions, performance data, and approximate usage patterns.
• Diagnostics information, such as crash logs, error reports, connection failures, and technical troubleshooting data.
• Purchase information, such as whether an in-app purchase was completed, restored, refunded, or otherwise processed. Payment details are generally handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are not provided to us in full.
• Advertising information used by us and our advertising partners to display, measure, limit, and protect advertising.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• operate, maintain, and improve Hide Party™;
• create and authenticate accounts, including anonymous or device-based accounts;
• save player preferences, settings, and gameplay progress;
• create, display, and manage public and private multiplayer rooms;
• connect players and provide online multiplayer matches;
• display usernames, room names, character appearances, and other gameplay information to participating players;
• provide reporting, moderation, security, and player-safety features;
• analyze gameplay performance, engagement, retention, and feature usage;
• identify crashes, connection problems, bugs, and other technical issues;
• process and verify in-app purchases and purchase restoration;
• display, measure, and optimize advertisements;
• detect cheating, fraud, unauthorized access, malicious behavior, and violations of our Terms of Service;
• protect players, our systems, and the integrity of multiplayer matches;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.

4. User-Generated Content and Multiplayer Information

Hide Party™ may allow players to create or display content including usernames, room names, customized character appearances, painted character designs, and other gameplay-related content.

Information submitted in public rooms or displayed during online matches may be visible to other players participating in or browsing those rooms.

You should not include your full name, address, phone number, email address, passwords, financial information, or other sensitive personal information in your username, room name, or other publicly visible content.

Content or conduct reported by players may be reviewed by us or our service providers to investigate possible violations of our Terms of Service, community rules, applicable law, or platform requirements.

We may remove inappropriate content, change or reset usernames, restrict multiplayer features, suspend accounts, or take other moderation action when reasonably necessary.

5. Online Multiplayer Services

Hide Party™ uses third-party networking and infrastructure providers to create multiplayer rooms, connect players, manage matches, and maintain online game sessions.

These providers may process information such as:

• player or account identifiers;
• room identifiers and room settings;
• IP address and network information;
• connection status and latency information;
• match participation and gameplay events;
• server region and approximate geographic region;
• fraud-prevention and security information.

This information is used to provide online matches, select suitable server regions, troubleshoot connection problems, prevent abuse, and protect the multiplayer service.

6. Firebase and Other Google Services

Hide Party™ may use services provided by Google Firebase for authentication, analytics, app configuration, diagnostics, and other game functionality.

Firebase services used by the game may include:

• Firebase Authentication;
• Firebase Analytics;
• Firebase Crashlytics or related diagnostics services;
• Firebase Remote Config or related configuration services.

These services may process information such as device information, app activity, account or installation identifiers, authentication information, analytics events, crash logs, diagnostics, and network information.

7. Advertising and Mediation

Hide Party™ uses AppLovin MAX mediation to display advertisements. Through mediation, multiple advertising networks may be used to serve, manage, and measure advertisements in the game.

Advertising partners may include, but are not limited to:

• AppLovin;
• Google AdMob;
• Unity Ads;
• ironSource;
• Meta Audience Network;
• Yandex Ads;
• InMobi;
• Liftoff;
• Mintegral.

These partners may collect or process information such as:

• device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where permitted;
• device type, operating system, and app version;
• IP address and network information;
• approximate location inferred from an IP address;
• advertisement views, clicks, rewards, and interactions;
• advertising attribution and campaign-performance information;
• fraud-prevention, security, and diagnostics information.

This information may be used to display advertisements, provide rewarded-ad features, measure advertising performance, prevent advertising fraud, limit how often an advertisement is displayed, and improve ad relevance where permitted.

The advertising networks available within Hide Party™ may vary depending on your device, country, platform, privacy choices, and the availability of third-party services.

8. Advertising Identifiers and Tracking

On supported devices, Hide Party™ or its advertising partners may request permission to access an advertising identifier or perform tracking for personalized advertising, attribution, or advertising measurement where permitted by applicable law and platform rules.

On iOS devices, you may be shown Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt. You can allow or deny tracking through this prompt and change your choice through your device's privacy settings.

On Android devices, advertising controls may be available through your Google account, device privacy settings, or advertising settings.

Denying tracking permission will not prevent you from using CAMO PARTY™, but the advertisements you receive may be less personalized.

9. In-App Purchases

Hide Party™ may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing certain advertisements or unlocking digital features.

Purchases are processed by the platform through which you downloaded the game, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. We generally do not receive your complete payment-card or banking information.

We may receive purchase-related information such as the product purchased, transaction status, purchase token, receipt information, country, currency, and whether a purchase was restored or refunded.

This information may be used to verify purchases, provide purchased features, prevent fraud, restore purchases, and provide customer support.

10. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

• service providers that support authentication, multiplayer networking, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and customer support;
• other players when information is intentionally displayed through multiplayer rooms or gameplay features;
• app stores and payment providers when needed to process or verify purchases;
• authorities, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security;
• a successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, some advertising-related disclosures may be considered "sharing", "selling", or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws.

11. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Hide Party™, maintain player progress, operate multiplayer services, process purchases, support moderation and safety, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our policies.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected, and whether it is needed for security, legal, technical, or operational purposes.

Some analytics, security, transaction, or diagnostic records may be retained after an account is deleted when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or maintain service security.

12. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your Hide Party™ account directly within the application.

To delete your account, open Hide Party™ and navigate to: Settings → Delete Account.

Deleting your account may permanently remove associated account information, saved progress, settings, gameplay data, and user-generated content from our active systems.

Some information may remain in backups or be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or technical purposes.

13. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.

• adjust notification, privacy, advertising, and permission settings on your device;
• contact us to object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.

We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before completing certain requests.

Hide Party™ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

However, no internet transmission, online multiplayer service, storage system, or security method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Hide Party™ is available internationally. Your information may be processed, transferred, or stored in countries other than the country in which you live.
