1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Hide Party™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, access, or use the game.
2. About the Service
Hide Party™ is an online multiplayer paint-and-hide game operated by Wave Games LLC. Players can paint and customize their characters, create or join multiplayer rooms, hide within game environments, search for other players, and participate in online matches.
Certain features may include account systems, public multiplayer rooms, usernames, room names, advertisements, in-app purchases, and other online functionality.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hide Party™. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the game.
4. Accounts
Some features of Hide Party™ may require an account, anonymous account, device-based account, or another sign-in method. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, keep your account and device secure, and remain responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
You may not sell, transfer, share, or allow another person to misuse your account. You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
5. User-Generated Content
Hide Party™ may allow players to create, submit, display, or share content and information within the game. This may include usernames, room names, customized character appearances, painted character designs, and other content created through gameplay.
You retain ownership of the original content you create. However, by submitting, displaying, or publishing content through Hide Party™, you grant Wave Games LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, moderate, and promote the service.
You are solely responsible for the content and information you submit or make visible to other players.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not upload, submit, publish, transmit, display, or otherwise make available content that includes or promotes:
- hate speech, discrimination, or racist content;
- harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior;
- sexual, explicit, obscene, or exploitative content;
- violent threats or the glorification of violence;
- illegal content or unlawful activity;
- content that harms, targets, endangers, or exploits minors;
- spam, scams, malicious activity, or deceptive behavior;
- impersonation of another person, company, or organization;
- usernames or room names containing offensive or inappropriate language;
- sensitive personal information belonging to yourself or another person.
You also agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software or tools;
- interfere with multiplayer matches, servers, networks, or other players;
- use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, or unauthorized third-party software;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- intentionally disconnect, disrupt, or manipulate matches to gain an unfair advantage;
- use the game for commercial advertising or solicitation without our written permission.
7. Reporting and Moderation
Hide Party™ may include tools that allow players to report inappropriate usernames, room names, conduct, or other content. We may investigate reports and take action including content removal, username changes, warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account bans.
Abuse of the reporting system, including knowingly submitting false, misleading, or malicious reports, may also result in moderation action.
8. Account Deletion
Users may delete their Hide Party™ account directly within the application.
To delete your account, open Hide Party™ and navigate to: Settings → Delete Account.
When an account is deleted, associated account information, gameplay progress, preferences, multiplayer information, and user-generated content may be permanently removed from our active systems, except where certain information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical purposes.

9. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
Hide Party™ may offer optional in-app purchases, including features such as advertisement removal or other digital content. Purchases are processed by the platform through which you downloaded the game, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Payments, refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are generally governed by the rules and policies of the applicable platform. Virtual items and digital features have no real-world monetary value and may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred unless expressly permitted by us.
10. Advertising
Hide Party™ may display advertisements provided by Wave Games LLC or third-party advertising partners. Advertisements may include rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banners, or other advertising formats.
The availability of rewards associated with advertisements is not guaranteed. Advertising features may depend on your location, age, device, internet connection, privacy choices, and the availability of third-party advertising services.
11. Intellectual Property
Except for user-generated content owned by players, all rights in Hide Party™, including its software, source code, gameplay systems, characters, maps, designs, graphics, animations, sounds, logos, trademarks, and other game content, are owned by or licensed to Wave Games LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent, extract, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Hide Party™ except where permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
Hide Party™ may rely on third-party services for multiplayer networking, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, advertising, payments, and other game functionality.
These third parties may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy practices. Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform from which you obtained the game.
13. Online Multiplayer
Online multiplayer features require a compatible device and an internet connection. Match availability, connection quality, latency, server performance, room availability, and the behavior of other players may vary.
We do not guarantee that a specific room, player, game mode, map, server, or multiplayer feature will always be available. A match may end unexpectedly if the host leaves, a player disconnects, a server becomes unavailable, or a technical problem occurs.
14. Service Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, limit, or discontinue all or part of Hide Party™ at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or free from bugs, errors, data loss, or technical problems.
15. Disclaimers
Hide Party™ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee the conduct of other players, the availability or quality of online matches, the accuracy or appropriateness of user-generated content, or that the service will meet your expectations.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wave Games LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, gameplay progress, purchases, revenue, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of Hide Party™.
This includes losses related to user-generated content, multiplayer activity, account access, service interruptions, technical failures, third-party services, or the conduct of other players.
17. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Hide Party™ or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, pose a risk to other players or the service, or if we are required to do so by law or platform policy.
You may stop using the game and delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that should reasonably continue after termination will remain in effect.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the game, on our website, through an app store listing, or by another appropriate method.
Continued use of Hide Party™ after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.
